Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the product you received or if the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it, although certain restrictions may apply*. If you choose to return the product (s), the purchaser must contact Marlborough Park Saddlery herein referred to as the 'seller' within 15 days from the purchase date to arrange and request approval for the return. The product(s) must be returned to the seller in its original packaging. By purchasing products from the seller, the purchaser agrees to the sellers Terms and Conditions. Purchaser agrees that the Seller will issue a refund to you or provide a store credit for the amount paid for the product. Original shipping charges on the product(s) purchased will not be refunded to purchaser on any returned products.

Return Instructions

1. Contact us to request a Return with pictures or description of why you are returning the item purchased.

2. Follow any additional steps that we send you in regards to the product being returned.

Note: you, as the purchaser, are responsible for making sure that the product(s) are returned to the seller in its original conditions and packaging.

Replacements & Defects

If you purchased a product that is or becomes defective through no fault of your own, you may be entitled to a refund, or replacement. Please contact us and we will worm with you on the next steps and replacement options.

Lost or Stolen Package

If your product fails to arrive or you suspect it was stolen before you received the package, please contact us.

*Return Restrictions

  • Used or damaged products due to purchaser negligence cannot be returned. Damaged products include but not limited to; damages caused by use of a product, original product packaging is torn or missing, products damaged during shipment, product/s damaged due to improper usage.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable. 

We, Marlborough Park Saddler, as the seller reserves the rights to refuse any returned product at its sole discretion.
